— What we take on

Defined scope, documented process

Residential renovation

Kitchens, bathrooms, additions, full interiors

Gut renovations to targeted room updates. Site conditions are assessed and documented before any bid is submitted. Written change orders required before scope expands.

New construction

Ground-up residential and light commercial

From foundation pour to final walkthrough. Timelines are set at permit stage and tracked weekly. Permit history and inspection records are available on request.

Commercial build-out

Tenant fit-outs and specialty commercial spaces

Retail, office, and light-industrial fit-outs. We coordinate directly with property managers and architects. Scope includes MEP rough-in coordination and finish carpentry.

Site assessment and written bid

Weekly updates, written change orders

Final walkthrough and client references

We walk the site, document existing conditions, and deliver a line-item bid. Timeline is stated before you sign. No work begins without a signed scope document.

The same crew runs the job from day one. Any scope change requires a written change order before work proceeds. Progress photos are shared at each milestone.

Site is cleared, final inspection completed, and documentation delivered. Previous clients are available as references — ask for them before you decide.
